Brown-Forman in Amatitán, Jalisco, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure operational continuity of equipment, processes, and services. You will plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, prioritizing safety and sustainability while coordinating with production teams.

The role requires strong planning skills, experience leading technical teams, and proficiency with SAP, eMaint, CAD, and Advanced Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electronic, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial maintenance with planning and leading technical teams.
• Experience with SAP, eMaint, Advanced Office Suite, and CAD.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and production areas.
• Strong scheduling and planning skills; minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Knowledge of Safety, Environmental, and HACCP procedures during maintenance activities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to ensure operations continuity.
• Lead maintenance planning in eMaint and ensure 100% asset coverage.
• Design a three-level communication system for maintenance plans (technical, supervisory, managerial).
• Balance workload and coordinate external maintenance activities; monitor KPIs like MTTR and backlog.
• Define and implement inventory, logistics, and spare parts strategies with Warehouse team.
• Develop and monitor the maintenance budget and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
