Confidential Company in Mexico's Aguascalientes region is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.

You will drive operational efficiency through data-driven problem solving, lead preventive and corrective maintenance, manage resources, and uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards while fostering a continuous improvement culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems and automation (PLC, robotics).
• Proactive leadership style, strong analytical skills, and ability to drive results in dynamic environments.
