Job summary
BMW Group in San Luis Potosi is seeking a Maintenance Planner Advanced Specialist to drive the successful ramp-up of the Battery Plant production system within the Maintenance team. You will plan and execute various maintenance activities, manage spares, and push continuous improvements with cross-functional collaboration.
The role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance, welding technologies, and English communication, with a focus on technical availability and cycle time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
- Significant industrial maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of welding technologies across processes.
- Fluent written and spoken business English required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure successful ramp-up of the Battery Plant production system within the Maintenance team.
- Plan maintenance activities for production lines and special processes, including spare parts administration.
- Optimize production processes and systems with maintenance, controls and methodology.
- Work with SAP for maintenance tasks and data.
- Support suppliers performing services in the assigned area and verify workmanship.
- Assist associates with technical problems and communicate changes after system updates.
- Develop new projects with other departments focusing on line optimization (availability and cycle time).
