BMW Group in San Luis Potosí is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the production team and drive continuous improvements in the Battery Plant. You will manage personnel and resources, ensure startup readiness, and uphold quality, cost, and schedule targets within the maintenance function.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance or automotive project management, strong leadership, and fluent English. This position is based onsite in San Luis Potosí.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance or project management, automotive preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem solving and leadership.
• Fluent written and spoken business English required.
