Job summary

BMW Group in Mexico seeks an experienced maintenance and production leader to ensure the successful ramp-up of the Battery Plant production system within the Maintenance team.

You will manage people and resources, drive quality improvements, and supervise the production process. A Bachelor's in related engineering and 3+ years in industrial maintenance or automotive PM are required, with fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance or automotive project management.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage people and resources to optimize quality and cycle time.
• Lead introduction of VPS methods and a continuous improvement process.
• Oversee production quality, quantity and cost; supervise production associates.
• Assign tasks and ensure correct startup of production.
