Job summary

ALPLA Group in Toluca, Mexico, seeks a seasoned Maintenance Leader to oversee plant maintenance and drive reliability across equipment and facilities.

You will manage the maintenance budget, coordinate spare parts and tools, and lead a team to prevent failures and improve uptime. Strong leadership and TPM (PDCA) knowledge are essential.

Advanced English is preferred to liaise with international teams and to report performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• 5 years as head of maintenance in a manufacturing company.
• Experience managing staff and budgets.
• Knowledge of TPM (PDCA) and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the maintenance plan and programs.
• Ensure compliance with the Maintenance System.
• Ensure the availability of materials, spare parts, tools and consumables for maintenance.
• Prepare and manage the budget for the area.
• Prepare plan and maintenance program for machinery, equipment and building.
• Manage human capital as well as promote the development of staff skills.
• Provide technical support in major failures or maintenance.
