The ideal candidate has 7+ years in management within manufacturing, strong English communication skills, and experience with automation, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency required to lead meetings and present to executives.
• 7+ years in managerial roles within manufacturing.
• Experience leading Engineering and Maintenance departments.
• Experience in medical, food, or beverage, health products is a plus.
• Experience with continuous improvement, automation, process optimization, and capital investments.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and multidisciplinary teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead objectives, metrics, budgets, and strategies for Engineering and Maintenance.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage automation projects, process improvements, and capacity expansions.
• Coordinate NPIs, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and manufacturing needs.
• Handle ECNs, technical docs, and operating standards.
• Design plant layouts to improve productivity, material flow, and safety.
• Identify cost reduction, productivity gains, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water, gas, and infrastructure services.
• Coordinate procurement, installation, and validation of machinery and tools.
• Analyze metrics to inform decisions and drive corrective actions for safety and quality.
• Develop, train, and evaluate staff to foster high performance.
