Job summary

Alpla Recycling Mexico S.A De C.V. in Toluca, Mexico, is seeking a maintenance leader responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing maintenance for machinery, equipment and facilities.

You will manage budget, ensure TPM and preventive programs, lead a skilled team, and provide technical support during major failures, while coordinating spare parts and materials. Ideal candidates have a background in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics engineering, at least 5 years in a head of maintenance

Qualifications

• 5 years as head of maintenance in manufacturing with staff under his charge.
• Spare Parts Warehouse Management.
• Advanced Excel and Building Maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the maintenance plan and programs.
• Ensure compliance with the Maintenance System.
• Ensure the availability of materials, spare parts, tools and consumables for maintenance.
• Prepare and manage the budget for the area.
• Prepare plan and maintenance program for machinery, equipment and building.
• Manage human capital as well as promote the development of staff skills.
• Provide technical support in major failures or maintenance.
