What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Automation, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Final semesters of your degree or completing a required internship/practicum.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for solving problems.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial equipment.
  • Interest in automation, controls, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
Intern Requirements

  • Active medical coverage through your university or private insurance.
  • Availability to work 25-30 hours per week.
  • Available to work on-site at our Mexicali plant (Monday-Friday).
  • Interest in building a career in manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, or engineering.
  • Intermediate English skills are a plus.
