You'll drive continuous improvement, coordinate with maintenance for repairs, maintain production records, and develop team members through coaching and training to meet operational goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to lead teams and read technical drawings.
• Conversational English skills.

Advance Your Career as a Production Supervisor in Our Mexicali Plant

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives and leads a team of operators to achieve operational goals.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervises and coordinates the activities of a support, production or operations, logistics or warehouse team. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors. Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager. Lead across assigned areas or shifts and works within a team structure including crewing efforts, paying employees, providing feedback on performance, recommendations for employee selection.
• Conduct management and corrective action while maintaining a positive employee environment.
• Internally, the incumbent plays a key role in the human relations activities in the Plant. A considerable amount of time is spent interacting with teams and team members solving problems and furnishing advice or direction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and collaborate with maintenance for repairs.
• Lead and develop production team members through coaching and training.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3 – 5 years of supervisory experience or equivalent, in a manufacturing environment required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Team (people) leadership, problem-solving, communication, and SAP/DLX experience highly preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Conversational English skills
