Tetra Pak in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico invites recent graduates to join the Future Talent Program - Technical Track. This 18-month journey empowers you to grow through hands-on experience, project rotations, and formal training within our global network.

You’ll build a solid foundation in maintenance engineering, work with cross-functional teams, and gain exposure to international assignments or remote opportunities.

Formación

• Recent graduate in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• English level at least intermediate or higher.
• Experience or knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for plant maintenance and involvement in equipment implementation projects.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and facilities management on the plant's investment plan and projects.
• Assist prioritization of problems and report and document results.
• Apply maintenance concepts and tactics.
• Collaborate on preventive and corrective maintenance for various equipment.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance and alignment with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).

What you will do

As Future Talent - Maintenance Engineer you will:

• Provide support for plant maintenance and be involved in equipment implementation projects
• Collaboration with the infrastructure and facilities management area regarding the plant's investment plan and projects
• Support prioritization of problems and report and document the results
• Apply maintenance concepts and tactics.
• Collaborate preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Be aware of compliance and alignments with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)

We believe you have

• Talented recent graduation on any of the described majors: Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Automate Engineering or related.
• Nice to have knowledge in Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Automate engineering concepts
• Intermediate or Advanced English level
• Nice to have experience in maintenance preventive and corrective
• Experience or knowledge in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
• Interest in taking your career to the next level.
• Your university graduation date was completed between December 2024 and December 2026
