Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Juarez facility to lead maintenance operations, ensure safe and efficient tooling and equipment upkeep, and drive continuous improvements in reliability and performance.

The role focuses on directing teams, planning preventive maintenance, and coordinating with engineering on tooling upgrades and cost controls. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) required.
• 5+ years in rigorous maintenance in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in maintenance supervision.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, building maintenance, plumbing.
• SolidWorks knowledge.
• Proficiency with Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, and maintain an effective workforce.
• Recruiting, supervising and training maintenance technicians.
• Schedule, train, supervise and motivate maintenance staff.
• Review and track progress on service orders.
• Define preventive maintenance frequency and routines.
• Maintain spare parts and tooling inventory as needed.
