Job summary

Eaton’s Juarez facility seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to direct and coordinate a maintenance team. The role focuses on maintaining tooling, equipment, and facilities, while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery of maintenance work.

The candidate will lead technicians, plan preventive maintenance, manage spare parts, and coordinate with engineering on upgrades, with emphasis on lean practices and cost control.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) required.
• Minimum 5 years in a rigorous manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate maintenance operations at the Juarez facility.
• Lead and train maintenance technicians and supervise the department.
• Schedule and motivate staff; review service orders and progress.
• Maintain inventory of parts, supplies, and tooling; manage spare parts.
• Define preventive maintenance frequency and routines.
• Approve emergency requisitions and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering on tooling and equipment upgrades.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and line changes.
