Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of five years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, exceeding commercial targets, and leading group and MICE business in a luxury hotel environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and convert it into account priorities, pipeline activity, forecasts, and measurable team performance.
• Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and holding accountable a multi-person sales team, including direct oversight of approximately 10 team members or a comparable scope.
• Confident experience presenting to owners, asset managers, executive committees, and senior stakeholders, with ability to explain commercial strategy clearly.
