Fairmont Mayakoba in Riviera Maya seeks a Director of Experiences to design and lead the guest journey, aligning luxury positioning with personalized service across all touchpoints. You will collaborate with Reservations, Front Office, Concierge, F&B, Wellness, Sales and Marketing to create distinctive experiences tied to destination culture, nature, gastronomy, and local heritage.

Formación

• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, guest experience, concierge, experiential travel, lifestyle hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous leadership experience in a luxury hotel, resort, private club, luxury travel company, or high-end experiential environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and lead the guest experience strategy across the property.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Front Office, Concierge, Butler Services, F&B, Wellness, Sales & Marketing to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Develop signature experiences connected to the destination including culture, nature, gastronomy and local heritage.
• Monitor guest feedback and KPIs to drive service enhancements and revenue opportunities.
