Job summary

Rosewood San Miguel de Allende is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations, ensuring seamless service, consistent quality, and outstanding guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily F&B outlet operations, drive financial performance, and collaborate with Culinary and other hotel departments to elevate dining experiences.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can coach and develop high-performing teams, while upholding the highest standards of luxury

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant or Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and the complete guest dining journey.
• Experience managing operational and financial performance, including revenue, expenses, labor productivity, inventories, and cost control.
• Track record of leading, coaching, training, and developing high-performing teams.
• Solid knowledge of food and beverage offerings and guiding the team to exceptional service.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong presence during peak service.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine passion for creating personalized and memorable guest experiences.
