Rosewood San Miguel de Allende seeks an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team across all dining outlets, banquets, and colleague dining facilities. You will shape menus, uphold premium quality, and ensure flawless execution in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will drive food and labor cost controls, mentor diverse chefs, and partner with operations to deliver extraordinary guest experiences while maintaining Rosewood's standards of hygiene and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading culinary operations across multiple dining venues.
• Proven track record in managing food costs, labor, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Able to mentor and develop diverse culinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• English fluency required; other languages welcomed.
