Formación

• Professional, personalized and engaging luxury service required.
• Fluent and confident communication in both Spanish and English.

• Organizational skills, and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Experience working with luxury consortia is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of reservations department and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Manage guest room bookings and coordinate with guests and luxury travel agencies.
• Process payments and coordinate group block reservations.
• Align with the hotel’s standards of luxury and hospitality.
