Etéreo, Auberge Collection seeks a Personal Guia to warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service at the Front Desk. You will manage check-in/out, handle guest inquiries, and coordinate with departments to deliver personalized experiences across the resort.

Proficiency in English, strong multitasking, and prior hotel experience are essential to excel in this role within the Riviera Maya's luxury hospitality setting.

Formación

• Two years’ experience at a hotel, preferably luxury, is desirable.
• Ability to clearly communicate in English with guests and team members.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage check-in/out and guest requests.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist guests at reception and front desk with efficiency and courtesy.
• Organize guest pre-arrival, check-in, checkout, and billing operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Escort guests to rooms, restaurants, spa, and other hotel facilities.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
