Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing bars or beverage operations.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits and trends.
• Proven leadership, staff-training and team-development skills.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, purchasing and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and guest-service abilities.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English proficiency.
• Knowledge of local alcohol regulations and safety practices.
