Auberge Collection in Riviera Maya is seeking a skilled Bartender to oversee daily bar operations and ensure guest satisfaction through efficient and courteous service. You’ll handle beverage preparation, bar and pool service, and collaborate with restaurant teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Applicants should have luxury hospitality experience, cocktails and spirits knowledge, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in luxury establishments.
Experience in beverage preparation including cocktails, coffee, liqueurs and spirits.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast paced service environment.
Professional appearance and manner.

Responsabilités

Assist guests with beverage and drink preparation, and service at bar, pool area, and restaurant.
Engage with guests to assess needs and ensure high quality service.
Comply with Auberge standards in the Bar and Restaurant outlets.
Contribute to increasing F&B sales through knowledge of drinks and menu items.
Take and input orders accurately into the Micros system and handle billing.
Prepare guest checks and process payments as required.
Maintain clean and stocked bar and equipment.
Follow food safety procedures and safe working practices.
Be available to work regularly and perform other duties as assigned.
Develop positive relationships with guests and teammates while remaining professional.
