Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in luxury establishments.
• Good knowledge of beverage preparation, including coffee, cocktail, liqueurs and spirits.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast paced service environment.
• Professional appearance and manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with beverage and drink preparation at the bar, pool area, and restaurant.
• Engage guests to understand needs and ensure high quality service.
• Maintain Auberge standards across bar and restaurant outlets.
• Upsell F&B by knowing drinks, cocktails, spirits, and menu items.
• Take and input orders quickly in Micros with accurate timing and billing.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments as required.
• Keep tables clean and reset; maintain stocked bar equipment and fittings.
• Follow safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Be reliable and available for regular shifts; perform other duties as assigned.
• Build positive relationships with guests and team members while staying professional.
