Viamericas in Tijuana is seeking a Marketing Analyst to support the Loyalty Program across marketing, analytics and customer engagement. You will analyze performance, run campaigns, and deliver insights to improve participation and redemption.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with Tableau, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Occasional US travel is possible.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Tableau.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with data.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Loyalty Program operations and optimize program performance.
• Analyze enrollments, participation, points earned and redemption rates.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights.
• Develop and execute loyalty marketing campaigns (email, SMS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
