Job summary

MAHLE in Juárez, MX is seeking a logistics leader to head the SOM team and drive supply chain excellence. You will oversee inventory levels, ensure on-time deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers and engineering to minimize obsolescence and costs.

Requirements include 4–5 years in a similar role with people management, bilingual English/Spanish, and proficiency in SAP/MRP plus MS Office. This is a full-time role located in Juárez.

Responsibilities

• Develop worksheets to track supplier on-time delivery and inventory.
• Escalate urgent topics promptly with impact awareness.
• Monitor engineering changes to avoid obsolescence and financial impacts.

Your Skills & Strengths:

• Career in Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics or related.
• 4 -5 years in similar position with personnel in charge.
• Bilingual English Spanish (intermediate-advance level).
• Analytical skills to review information in a daily basis with management.
• Proficient in MRP Management System (SAP essential - MRP transactions).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Power Point).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in and out of the organization.
• Proficient in critical follow up of MAHLE Plant requirements.
• Knowledge in engineering changes and impact to raw material.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the SOM team to comply with company targets.
• Analize and monitor supply chain including logistic process from supplier to plant to ensure correct inventory levels to support the operation.
• Ensure 100% on time delivery from suppliers.
• Monitor E&O inventory to avoid increases and plan for depletion.
• Develop worksheets to determine supplier on time delivery, coverage, impact mitigation, inventory fluctuation and action plans.
• Escalate urgent topics in a timely manner considering impact to the organization.
• Monitor engineering changes with multidisciplinary team to avoid obsolescence and financial impacts to the organization.
