YIZUMI is seeking a warehouse/logistics professional in Querétaro, Mexico to manage inventory, records, and customs clearance for machines and parts. The role involves quarterly counts, asset reconciliation, and coordinating spare parts flow, while ensuring warehouse safety and compliance with global teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in logistics, familiarity with SAP or a similar WMS, and fluent Spanish and English.

Formación

• Major: Logistics, finance, management or related fields
• College degree or above
• 2–3 years of relative experience
• Familiar with SAP or other warehouse management systems
• Software: MS Office
• Fluent in Spanish and English

Responsabilidades

• Keep records of incoming and outgoing machines and parts
• Handle local customs clearance and transportation
• Conduct quarterly inventory counts and prepare inventory analysis
• Conduct quarterly fixed asset counts and explain differences
• Coordinate allocation and borrowing of spare parts
• Verify inventory accounting with China Asset Management team
• Assist in developing spare parts demand plans
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse
• Maintain records of warehouse inflows and outflows
• Manage local customs clearance and transportation of machines and parts
• Perform periodic inventory checks and produce inventory differences analysis
• Coordinate spare parts allocation and borrowing
• Oversee warehouse safety, fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture/dust control, and electrical safety
• Coordinate with China Asset Management on inventory accounting
• Participate in spare parts demand planning
• Clean up and manage follow-up of obsolete inventory materials

3.Responsible for conducting a quarterly inventory count, forming an inventory table, and analyzing and explaining inventory differences.

4.Responsible for conducting a quarterly fixed asset count, and analyzing and explaining FA differences.

5.Responsible for coordinating the allocation and borrowing of spare parts.

6.Responsible for verifying inventory accounting with China Asset Management team

7.Participate in the development of spare parts demand plans.

8.Responsible for cleaning and handling follow-up of obsolete inventory materials.

9.Responsible for keeping records of incoming and outgoing of machines and parts.

10.Responsible for local customs clearance and transportation of machines and parts.

15.Participate in the development of spare parts demand plans.

16.Responsible for cleaning and handling follow-up of obsolete inventory materials.

Requirements:

1.Eduation:

Major: Logistics, finance, management, and other related fields

College degree or above

Relative experience for 2- 3 years.

Familiar with SAP or other warehouse management system.
