Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. is seeking a Spare Parts Manager in Mexico City.

You will output and review spare parts plans based on material history, coordinate delivery with relevant departments, and develop comprehensive inventory strategies to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency. The role requires 3+ years in spare parts management and sales, a university degree in a related field, and strong teamwork and pressure handling skills.

Formación

• University degree in relevant fields.
• +3 years experience in spare parts management and sales.
• Ability to work under pressure and build supplier relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and review spare parts plans based on material history.
• Coordinate spare parts delivery and push forward delivery problems.
• Control stock costs and develop spare parts inventory plans.
• Be familiar with spare parts business process from application to reuse.
• Ensure inventory accuracy in transit and warehouse.
• Monitor KPIs such as On-time Delivery and Inventory Turn-Over rate.
• Strong mathematical analysis and cost-control experience.

Your responsibilities:

• 1. Output the spare part plan and review the spare part plan according to the material history consumption
• 2. In charge of spare parts application, Push forward the Spare Parts Delivery, organizing and coordinating relevant departments to solve spare parts delivery problems
• 3. Use coordination model and methods, control the stock cost of spare parts, and develop spare parts inventory plan/spare parts warehouse-clearing plan/spare parts replenishment plan
• 4. Be familiar with the business process of spare parts from application, production, delivery, transportation, use, return/reuse and be skilled in using spare parts IT manage system
• 5. Familiar with warehouse management, balance within the country spare parts supply, manage the spare parts inventory, in-transit inventory, in order to ensure spare part inventory accurate.
• 6. Be responsible for Spare parts related KPI such as On-time-Delivery and Inventor-Turn-Over rate,stocktaking. Coordinate whole service team to reach good customer satisfaction.
• 7. Strong mathematical analysis capability, has delivery and cost control experience, familiar with the inventory management method.

Job requirements:

• University Educational, major in communications, electronics, computer hardware and software, and other related fields.
