JINGDONG Property seeks a highly motivated Leasing Manager to identify and secure tenants for our logistics properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure high tenant satisfaction. This role requires a proven lease-negotiation track record and strong client-facing skills.

Based in Mexico City, you will collaborate with property management, marketing, and legal teams to optimize occupancy and rental income while staying ahead of market trends.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably in the logistics real-estate sector
• Proven track record of successful lease negotiations and tenant acquisition
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for our logistics properties
• Identify potential tenants through market research, networking, and cold calling
• Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase our facilities
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
• Prepare and present lease proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams, including property management, marketing, and legal, to ensure seamless operations
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing strategies
• Prepare regular reports on leasing performance and provide recommendations for improvement
