JINGDONG Property is seeking a highly motivated Leasing Manager in Mexico City to identify and secure tenants for logistics properties, negotiate leases, and maintain tenant satisfaction. The role involves developing leasing strategies, conducting market research, and coordinating with property management and legal teams to close deals efficiently.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial leasing experience, preferably in logistics real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
• Identify potential tenants through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase facilities.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare proposals, contracts, and documents.
• Maintain relationships with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and stay updated on market trends.
