Job summary

Citi is seeking an entry-level Ops Support Specialist 4 in Mexico, responsible for recording/documentation, account maintenance, and coordinating with Operations - Core Team. You will liaise between staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients to ensure day-to-day operational support aligned with Citi’s infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in a business office or operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures to complete complex assignments and resolve problems that require in-depth investigation or research.
• Provide team assistance, including training new hires and guiding lower level employees.
