Wallenius Wilhelmsen seeks a Customer Care Analyst to support vehicle inbound/outbound activities, inventory management, shipment planning, and customer requirements in a dynamic automotive supply chain environment. The role emphasizes monitoring performance, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure service excellence.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in logistics operations, strong Excel skills, and intermediate English proficiency for written communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor inbound and outbound vehicle operations through internal systems and customer platforms.
• Prepare daily and weekly volume forecasts to support operational planning.
• Participate in customer operational meetings with status updates and action plans.
• Manage and respond to customer requests ensuring SLA compliance.
• Coordinate railcar and truck loading plans to optimize shipment schedules.
• Monitor campaigns, quality holds, and shipment restrictions per customer requirements.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, inbound/outbound activities, and shipment performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
