Responsabilidades

• Ensure account activities follow established SOPs.
• Verify shipments and appointments are correctly logged in the TMS.
• Support pod members to keep customers satisfied.
• Coordinate with finance collections per contracts and states.
• Collaborate with Carrier Sales to follow customer SOPs.
• Step in when colleagues are absent to manage accounts.
• Respond to customer emails and calls promptly.
• Proactively monitor shipments for on-time deliveries.
