another.co is seeking a seasoned Influencer Marketing strategist to lead lifestyle campaigns across fashion, beauty, travel, and wellness. You will shape strategy, scout top creators, and manage multi‑million MXN budgets, working directly with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in Influencer Marketing or related fields.
• Experience managing Lifestyle accounts for brands.
• Proven ability to manage large influencer budgets.
• Strong English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Influencer Marketing strategies for Lifestyle accounts, aligned with client objectives.
• Define campaign objectives, audiences, platforms, content territories, and KPIs.
• Lead scouting and selection of Influencers, KOLs, Celebrities in Lifestyle categories.
• Manage negotiations with talent and agencies, including fees, exclusivity, usage rights, and timelines.
• Develop creative briefs and oversee content production, approvals, publishing and reporting.
• Lead campaigns from planning to delivery, including budgeting and optimization.
• Analyze results and translate insights into strategic recommendations for clients.
