Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Safety program leader to oversee large regional and global projects, ensuring delivery excellence across clinical trial and post-market activities. You will lead customer interactions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and align strategy with global partners to deliver seamless service and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or a related field.
• 4-6 years of clinical research experience in CRO or pharmaceutical company.
• 4 years in Lifecycle Safety (Pharmacovigilance, CEVA, Medical Information, Safety Publishing, Risk Management).
• 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of global, regional, and local clinical research regulations (GCP, ICH, IQVIA SOPs).
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage start-up of new projects using SOPs and best practices, identifying risks and implementing mitigation to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage customer interface and communication for assigned projects/programs.
• Represent Lifecycle Safety on projects/programs and serve as primary contact for internal and external customers.
• Liaise between customers and Lifecycle Safety operational teams.
• Oversee project planning, timelines, deliverables, scope, quality, and cost management.
• Provide day-to-day customer-facing leadership at the project/program level.
• Lead virtual Lifecycle Safety project teams and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
• Support governance and provide SME input for key opportunities and partnerships.
