Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Lead (Clinical Trial Management) to provide clinical leadership across regional and global trials within Global Study Leadership. You will collaborate with Project Leaders, sponsors and cross-functional teams to ensure studies are delivered with quality, focus on patient recruitment, site performance and operational excellence.

In this role, you will manage clinical delivery, lead recruitment strategies, and support milestones, budgeting and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of clinical research, monitoring, or clinical operations experience.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical delivery of regional and global clinical studies, ensuring quality, timeline, recruitment and operational objectives are met.
• Drive patient recruitment and site engagement strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
• Partner with Project Leaders and cross-functional teams to drive study milestones and resolve issues.
• Provide leadership to clinical teams, supporting resource planning, training and project delivery.
• Manage clinical risks and oversee quality standards with proactive mitigation throughout the study lifecycle.
