IQVIA is seeking a Project Manager to lead small to mid-size Connected Devices projects across all clinical trial phases. You’ll coordinate with senior management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, documenting guidelines, managing risks, and presenting updates to sponsors and internal stakeholders while tracking financials and change orders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life science or health care field.
• Clinical Trial industry experience.
• Three years of PM experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• Risk management skills.
• Equivalent mix of education, training and experience.
• Good leadership skills.
• Strong prioritization, scheduling and organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, initiate, execute, control and deliver projects per the customer's Scope of Work.
• Lead Connected Devices cross-functional teams for on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Document and share project guidelines; train team on guidelines.
• Track progress, identify risks and consult leadership for corrective action.
• Prepare and present project information at meetings.
• Manage project financials; ensure revenue recognition and handle change orders.
• Conduct End of Project reviews to confirm completion of activities.
• Keep leadership informed of issues impacting quality, budget, or timeline.
• Provide input on team member performance for development.
