Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in local language and advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing Lifecycle Safety data by collecting and tracking incoming AE data and distributing it to project personnel.
• Support project workflow including database entry and generation of Lifecycle Safety data reports.
• Assist with administrative team support: creation and maintenance of project files, system access requests, and case folders.
• Create and maintain project tracking spreadsheets and associated entry specifications.
• Escalate system/equipment problems and coordinate meetings for team/department oversight.
• Identify and record process or quality problems and suggest workflow improvements.
