Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an administrative support professional to manage and coordinate lifecycle safety administrative functions across service lines. You will assist with data processing, project workflows, and documentation, while supporting junior team members and ensuring smooth operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in life sciences or equivalent experience, fluent English and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a life science field or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in local language and advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative support across Lifecycle Safety service lines for SO and LSM functions.
• Assist with project workflow including database entry and lifecycle safety data reports.
• Create and maintain project files, system access requests, and document control.
• Create, maintain and track case folders and distribute to operations team members.
• Coordinate team/department/project meetings and provide admin support as needed.
• Identify and record process or quality problems and escalate to senior team member.
• Participate in continuous improvement of departmental processes and procedures.
