Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in health care or other scientific discipline required.
• 5 years clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Good knowledge of project management practices and terminology.
• Regulatory requirements: GCP/ICH and related local laws.
• Broad protocol and therapeutic knowledge; clinical research industry understanding.
• Understanding of project finances.
• Knowledge of clinical trials conduct and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Leadership, negotiation and mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Collaborative with cross-geography teams.

Aufgaben

• Ensure clinical delivery of projects in compliance with regulatory requirements (GCP/ICH), contract, SOPs and project plans.
• Meet recruitment targets and implement recruitment strategies.
• Develop and manage project risk mitigation plans and clinical risk.
• Ensure quality delivery by defining standards and monitoring issues.
• Manage project finances including EAC; monitor changes and identify opportunities.
• Identify stakeholder landscape and manage internal/external communications.
• Lead clinical team through milestones; report to stakeholders as required.
• Coordinate resourcing and talent planning for the clinical team; provide guidance and training.
• Participate in bid defense preparations and develop Clinical Operations plans with Business Development.
• Mentor and coach peers; collaborate on large, global trials; attend site visits as applicable.
