ABB in Apodaca, Mexico is seeking a Production Team Leader to supervise a production line and drive efficient, cost-effective manufacturing.

You will lead daily activities, ensure KPI performance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain continuous operation and continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, Kaizen and 5S. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as Production Team Leader in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Lean Methodologies and data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in English; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities within the assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs including efficiency, quality, waste reduction and cycle times.
• Lead and motivate the operations team to foster a safe, collaborative, results-oriented environment.
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S).
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure operational continuity.
