Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in production supervision roles.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling and KPIs.
• Knowledge of Lean, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Intermediate English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a production line to transform parts into ABB products on time and cost-effectively.
• Ensure continuous, efficient operation per volumes, schedules and quality standards.
• Organize and allocate resources to meet line targets.
• Oversee capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line.
• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to demand plan.
