ABB in Apodaca, Nuevo León, is seeking a Production Lead to drive efficient manufacturing of ABB products. You will manage a production line, organize resources, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 4+ years in similar positions, a relevant engineering degree, and experience with lean tools and ERP systems. Availability for rotating shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM or 7:00 AM–7:00 PM) and overtime is expected; English at basic/intermediate level is acceptable.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical or similar engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in similar positions.
• Shift availability (7:00 PM–7:00 AM or 7:00 AM–7:00 PM) with overtime.
• Experience leading operation crews +60 people.
• Knowledge of SCRAP KPI's, defects, order expiration & production rate.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, Power BI & ETO.
• Lean manufacturing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team within a production unit to execute production processes.
• Organize and allocate resources to meet line production targets.
• Develop programs, projects, goals, and metrics for operational performance.
• Oversee subcontract manufacturing and coordinate with Supply Chain.
• Identify deficiencies and drive improvement actions.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence to apply lean principles.
