ABB is seeking a production leader to manage a unit in Juarez, Nuevo Leon. You will organize resources to meet production targets, drive capacity planning, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with quality and HSE teams to maintain standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years in similar positions, and strong leadership with lean mindset; English at an intermediate level is expected. This onsite role offers growth and impact within ABB's Electrification Business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in similar positions.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and KPI management.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and safety regulations.
• Lean methodologies knowledge.
• Intermediate English level.
• Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes.
• Organize and allocate resources to meet line production targets efficiently.
• Oversee capacity planning and resource optimization for the unit.
• Ensure on-time delivery and conforming product targets.
• Identify deficiencies and drive improvement actions.
• Collaborate with quality and HSE teams to meet criteria.
