TZLA Club is seeking a Finance Manager to own day-to-day financial operations and build the systems, controls, and reporting cadence that let leadership run the Organization with clarity and no surprises. This role reports to the Head of Operations and partners with Accounting, Logistics/Inventory, Legal/Contracts, and external advisors as needed to keep finance tight as we scale.

• 5+ years in finance operations, accounting operations, or finance management in high-accountability environments.
• Strong execution using Google Sheets/Excel with data tracking and pivots.
• Experience building lightweight controls and operating cadences (weekly reviews, month-end routines).

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day financial operations and reporting cadence.
• Build auditable processes, dashboards, and controls to prevent surprises.
