Farmers Insurance in Mexico City is seeking a facilities and procurement professional to oversee reception, workplace services, procurement, supplier relationships, and daily office operations, ensuring teams have the resources they need to succeed. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance and business units to coordinate purchasing, contracts and compliance while maintaining cost efficiency and service excellence.

Insurance experience is a plus.

In this role, you’ll oversee reception, workplace services, procurement, supplier relationships, and office operations, helping ensure employees and business teams have the resources and support they need to succeed.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, Legal, and Finance to coordinate purchasing, workplace services, contracts, and day-to-day office operations while maintaining compliance, cost efficiency, and service excellence.
