PwC Acceleration Center Mexico seeks a Workday HCM - Senior Associate to analyze client needs, implement Workday solutions, and train users for seamless integration. You will contribute to the Digital Core Modernisation practice, helping clients optimize efficiency and achieve strategic objectives while growing your technical and leadership skills.

You'll build client relationships, guide project delivery, and develop training materials.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of Workday product experience.
• Current pursuit of or a Workday Pro certification preferred.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing client needs to implement effective Workday software solutions.
• Providing comprehensive training and support for seamless Workday application integration.
• Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.

• Engaging in business process modeling to streamline client operations and improve performance.
