Cadmus is seeking a Learning Support Manager for the Americas. The role is remote and runs 9am–5pm Eastern Time, supporting universities across the Americas by training academics and helping them design high-quality assessments grounded in pedagogy.

You will oversee regional support, maintain the Help Centre, collaborate with Product to improve internal tools, and lead quarterly business reviews and referrals to shape Cadmus' pedagogy and customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning design, academic development or university teaching.
• Strong grasp of assessment design and pedagogy to advise academics.
• Experience designing and delivering trainings for academics or professional audiences.
• Fluent written and spoken English with clear, warm writing.
• Comfort with software and learning platforms; quick to learn new tools.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops and webinars for academics.
• Collaborate with academics to design scaffolded, high-quality assessments.
• Maintain Help Centre and documentation for the Americas region.
• Coordinate with Product and other teams to improve internal support tools.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and manage partner referrals.
