Job summary

Félix is seeking an Enablement & Learning Analyst to join our Learning & Development team with a focus on Continuous Learning and Upskilling. Ideal candidates have a background in Education or Instructional Design, strong project management, and a data-driven mindset to grow within an expanding team.

The role emphasizes designing engaging learning experiences, coordinating upskilling programs, and driving continuous learning initiatives, including assessments and microlearning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design, L&D, or educational projects.
• Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience administering Learning Management Systems (Absorb LMS is a strong plus) and creating digital learning content.
• Interest in growing professionally within an expanding Learning & Development team.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging and effective learning experiences using Instructional Design and adult learning principles.
• Coordinate and execute Upskilling programs, managing planning and stakeholder coordination through training, assessment, and completion.
• Execute and continuously improve Continuous Learning initiatives, including weekly training tests, microlearning courses, assessments, and reinforcement activities.
• Create and maintain training materials, assessments, simulations, learning paths, and digital learning content.
• Facilitate training sessions and onboarding programs across audiences and needs.
• Partner with QA and Operations in weekly feedback loops to identify root causes of defects and deploy remediation modules.
• Monitor Learning KPIs, including retention, completion, assessment results, and QA performance after training.
• Analyze results and feedback to identify opportunities and propose improvements.
• Manage learning projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support the LMS implementation and use for Continuous Learning and Upskilling initiatives.
