Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Learning Support Manager for the Americas region. The role is remote and full-time on a contractor basis, covering 9am–5pm Eastern Time.

You will design and deliver training, help academics craft scaffolded assessments, and oversee regional support, Help Centre maintenance, and issue routing across time zones. Qualifications

• Experience in learning design, academic development or university teaching.
• Strong grasp of assessment design and pedagogy.
• Experience designing and running training, workshops and webinars for academics.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Comfort with software and learning platforms.
• You build trust with academics quickly and keep relationships warm.
• You stay organized across many academics, courses and deadlines.
• Bonus: familiarity with higher education in North or Latin America, or LMS like Canvas or Moodle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops and webinars for academics.
• Help academics craft scaffolded, high-quality assessments.
• Oversee regional support and keep Help Centre current.
• Route technical issues to the right teams.
• Collaborate with Product to improve internal support tools.
• Own relationships: end-of-semester check-ins and quarterly reviews.
• Lead referral program and share learnings with teams.
