Percepta LLC is seeking a Learning Delivery Supervisor to lead a team of Training Specialists under the Learning Delivery Manager. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, and oversee annual performance reviews across the department.

You will drive training effectiveness and operational performance, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure adherence to Learning Delivery standards for domestic locations. A strong background in L&D and Six Sigma is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• English (B2-C1) and Spanish (native-C1-C2) communication skills (oral and written).
• Training in process improvement (Six Sigma methodology preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership skills, performance coaching, and talent development.
• Computer literate with word processing, spreadsheets, flowcharting applications, project management and authoring software.
• 3+ years minimum in Learning & Development functions (TNA, Learning Design, Content Development, Training & Facilitation, Evaluation).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a team of Training Specialists under the Learning Delivery Manager.
• Assist the Manager in departmental hiring and staff development.
• Deliver and evaluate complex curricula to domestic locations.
• Prepare and administer annual performance appraisals.
• Drive improvement initiatives in customer satisfaction and training effectiveness.
• Coordinate and facilitate performance improvement initiatives and workshops.
• Align the team to Learning Delivery standards.
