Job summary

Google Operations Center in Mexico City is seeking a seasoned Learning and Capability Development Manager to design, deliver, and govern enterprise training programs across marketing, operations, and cross-functional teams. You will lead curriculum design, leverage EdTech tools, and measure ROI of learning initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years in EdTech with strong people leadership, strategic acumen, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

8–10 years in EdTech, learning and capability development with leadership experience.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytics to drive decisions.
Experience in training budgets, vendor management, and LMS infrastructure.
Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Deep experience with digital learning platforms and global capability development.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and manage training programs for multiple functions in Mexico.
Lead EdTech enablement, curriculum design, and BRD/PRD creation for new features.
Plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions, manage internal and external instructors.
Create executive dashboards, track ROI, and present progress to leadership.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of trainers, instructional designers, and coordinators.
